WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGES 2009
GENERAL
The photography and video wedding packages listed below are meant to serve as a guideline only. We build them based on past demands but we are always willing to customize the photography package to your personal tastes and needs. Contact us to discuss your preferences and special requests ( more images, second photographer...). If you are looking for both wedding photography and video, we offer photo and video combination packages ( see below).
Depending on your personal taste, our photographers will offer you a blend of traditional style photography, casual tropical beach photography and a more journalistic and candid approach of your special moments.
ITEMS DELIVERY

ITEMS DELIVERY
- The proofs are ready minimum 3 days after your wedding day.
- It takes about one week for the album, slide show and painting. In case of early departure, we will ship them to you by UPS ( the shipping cost is not included in the packages and costs between 100 US$ and 130 US$ depending on the weight and location).
- The video DVD will be shipped minimum 3 weeks after your wedding day.
We require a 25 % deposit at the moment of booking ( through Paypal or Pictage payment system). The balance will be paid here before your departure. If you are interested in booking with us, please ask for our booking form.
TRAVEL
We are based in the area of Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Charges for travel outside or to other cities are added to your package price.
Most of our weddings in Punta Cana take place inside of a resort. In this case, our photographer and videographer will need a day pass to go in. The client is responsible for this cost.
What is included in our wedding photography packages?
PROOFS AND ORIGINAL DIGITAL IMAGES
Each wedding photography package is supplied with 1 set of 4x6 proofs presented in a black professional box as well as your images on DVD . The images are color retouched and enhanced. These images are supplied in high resolution format suitable for enlargements. You get the images plus a Reproduction Release along with your package. This allows you to make your own enlargements and copies of your wedding photography at any photo store of your choice.
ONLINE REPRINT AND ENLARGEMENT ORDERING
We do offer a professional online reprint and enlargement ordering service with PICTAGE at very affordable rates ( the same we would charge here). The service is recognized as the best in the industry and is trusted by the best photographers all around the world.
Within a few days after your wedding, you and your family and friends will be able to view your images online and place your orders if needed. You can easily view and select the images, pay for them online through the secure server, and the images will be delivered to your door, typically in less than one week after.
It makes it very convenient for you, your family and friends to order reprints, digital albums, coffee books, thank you cards and many other beautiful products. This saves you considerable time and you won't have to coordinate with everyone to find out who wants what in terms of reprints and enlargements- just send them to your password protected galley and let them order the images they want. The gold and platinum packages include a black professional Flora Bella wedding album with 30 designed 8x10 images ( digital designed with your favorite 50 photos). But if you prefer to choose your own type of album and create your own style of wedding album, we will discount your package.
